Mikey Ariel is a senior technical writer for OpenStack Platform at Red Hat, with over 6 years of enterprise software documentation experience. She is also a scrum master, documentation evangelist, and genuinely excited about all the things!
Since crash-landing in the open source world less than 2 years ago, Mikey already presented talks on documentation and agile topics, ran doc hackfests, and coached developers on documentation for projects such as Fedora, KDE, and NixOS.
Mikey serves as a community lead for Write the Docs EU, currently organizing the upcoming conference in Prague in September 2015. She is also a graduate of the first Django Girls workshop at EuroPython 2014, and co-organizer of the upcoming Django Girls workshop at EuroPython 2015.
