Adam led the development team at Code Sprinters, a software house he co-founded. Subsequently, he became a software engineer at Google working on high-profile infrastructure projects. After taking a gap year to compete in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, he moved to London to lead the development at Squirrel, an early-stage Techstars fintech startup.
