Dr. Wilhelm studied applied mathematics and IT at the University of Karlsruhe. After that, he earned his PhD at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in numerical simulation and optimization of climate models on HPC clusters. Since 2012, he has been a data scientist at Blue Yonder and worked on customer projects and in the evaluation and development of machine learning algorithms. An additional focus of his work is on mathematical modeling and realization using programming languages such as Python and R.
